I found Animepaper.net last year while browsing and very glad I did. Im interested in making wallpapers and themes for windows and KDE desktops but I need advice from the experienced graphic designers on this site! If you have any tips for me making a wallpaper please message me.

Your desktop has a small girl holding a phalic figure. You might want to look into that.
